What is a coach in the Tracks Program required to do?
Tracks coaches will be required to meet with their student for a total of six one-hour sessions spread out across the latter three months of the Tracks Program. We will provide coaches with an online training course, curriculum and tools for meetings with their student, and documents in which the student will have identified specific traits and growth goals they wish to focus on. Coaches will also be responsible for filling out short evaluations on the coaching sessions and for grading two writing assignments for their student (each with a rubric provided and being between 5-8 pages, single-spaced).
Tracks coaches should ideally be mature believers in the local context of the student, although long-distance relationships and virtual meetings can be approved as well.
