What is a coach in the Tracks Program required to do?
Tracks coaches meet with their student for six one-hour sessions spread across the final three months of the Tracks Program. Coaches receive an online training course, meeting curriculum and tools, and student-completed documents identifying the specific character traits and growth goals their student has chosen to focus on. Coaches are also responsible for completing short evaluations after each coaching session and for grading two writing assignments (each 5–8 pages, single-spaced, with a rubric provided).
Tracks coaches should ideally be mature believers located in the student's local context. Long-distance coaching relationships and virtual meetings may be approved on a case-by-case basis — coaches seeking this arrangement should contact their program coordinator for approval.
