With so many people taking the Free Online Courses, we have hundreds of books going out each week. We apologize if they are taking longer than they should!
Please allow for at least 2 weeks for your book to arrive. We try to get all requests out during that timeline. If you requested a book for a newly released course, please allow for a bit more time, if possible. Newly released courses always generate a lot of requests for books at once. We work hard to make sure we get those books out in a timely fashion, but sometimes there are unexpected delays.
